Primary Purpose: 

Review and approve CRE and C&I loan renewals, provide HVCRE qualification determination on new CAD loans and administration of the Rated Asset process. Specialists must have a broad understanding of commercial banking, financial statement analysis, loan underwriting, loan documentation and loan ratings. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

Review and approval of renewing CRE and C&I loans based on thresholds determined by management 
Review CAD loans based on thresholds to determine HVCRE qualifications 
Administration of the Rated Asset Meeting process 
Assist Credit Risk Review Manager as needed 


Job Specifications: 

Business, Banking, or Accounting Degree, or equivalent work experience 
Five years of commercial banking experience 
Demonstrated ability to understand business cash flows 
Proficient knowledge and current use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Google 
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 
Team player 
Proficient with bank’s core system and Nettrax 
Preferred experience in Credit Analysis, Comm. Loan Underwriting, Loan Review or Lending Assistant
