In this role you will: 

Own and lead specific value-added projects with portfolio company executives and members of the value creation team 
Dashboard and analyze portfolio company metrics to identify risk/opportunity areas 
Benchmark key capabilities and best practices across portfolio companies 
Formalize playbooks /repeatable "growth accelerators" and toolkits for portfolio companies 
Strengthen the SGE portfolio company community 
Collaborate with the head of portfolio value creation, as well as investment team to evolve function and impact

Intention to graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree within one year of the internship program 
Must be willing to work in our Bala Cynwyd, PA office five days per week
