As an Intern, a typical day might include the following: 

Performing industry and company research; 
Analyzing financial statements; 
Preparing due diligence questions; 
Attending meeting or calls with company representatives; 
Preparing detailed financial models (Discounted Cash Flow, Guideline Public Company, and Merger and Acquisition); and 
Preparing the end deliverable for the client (presentations, analysis packets, written report). 
The Intern will be part of a firm where the culture and exceptional client service is inspired from leadership down. Interns also interact with senior level professionals and clients on a regular basis. 

Qualifications: 

Pursuing a BA/BS 
Preferred, but not required coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline 
G.P.A. of 3.0 required, 3.5 or higher preferred 
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
Relevant internship and/or extracurricular related experiences 
Strong analytical, verbal, technical, and written skills 
Superior Communication and interpersonal skills 
Must be eligible to work in the US, without employer sponsorship, at the time of hire and in the future.
