What You Can Expect: Are you a third-year student looking to apply your analytical knowledge with a passion for power & renewables? Or maybe you’re looking to gain foundational knowledge and skills to apply in a professional environment, while developing strong relationships through training, mentorship, and ongoing feedback. At Prudential Private Capital that is a challenge we can help you meet! The Power & Renewables group provides capital to companies and projects across the Power sector value chain, including traditional and renewable power plants (wind, solar, geothermal, etc.) investor-owned utilities, and electric cooperatives. Challenging and interesting work – we are one of the largest investors in the private capital markets On-the-job experience alongside formal and structured training (training will teach foundational principles as well more broad topics on how to better understand companies and industries, etc.) Being a part of a large, vibrant, and diverse global cohort of Analysts A collaborative and collegial team environment where your contributions have a major impact Exposure to a broad range of sub-sectors within the Power industry including utilities, cooperatives, power developers and project finance. Collaborative and collegial team environment where your contributions have a major impact Direct exposure to senior executives at portfolio and prospect companies A fast-paced learning environment and work-life balance Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Conducting industry and company research Financial modeling and analysis Writing investment memorandums and recommendations Portfolio relationship management Preparing marketing materials Required Qualifications: Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026 Minimum 3.0 GPA required Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
