Qualifications 

We seek candidates from a variety of academic backgrounds who have a heightened interest in financial services. 

Specific qualifications include: 

Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 
Minimum 3.2 GPA 
All majors (disciplines) are encouraged to apply; interest in finance preferred 
Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect easily with others.
