What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a User Experience Design Intern to join our team for Summer 2026.We are looking for someone who is interested in:

Assisting the UX team with working with product owners to gather requirements, to design, prototype, and iterate on product features and workflows.
Creating prototypes for user flows in Figma.
Working with the UX team on improving user experience in customer flows in the Bandwidth App.
Sharing ideas in design critiques and team discussions.
Working with UI developers to ensure that UI designs are built to specification.
Enhancing and maintaining design system documentation regarding components and patterns.
What You'll Do:

Our team is responsible for creating the Bandwidth App, enabling our customers to use our products without the need for development. We’re looking for a UX designer who will create experiences from proofs of concept to high fidelity designs ready for development. 

You’ll be collaborating closely with several other teams around the globe and designing compelling user experiences that our customers depend on. This role is a chance to work on real projects, learn from experienced designers and product managers, and see how user-centered design comes to life in a professional setting.

If you’ve worked with Figma or similar design tools, have some experience with product design, and are curious about user research, you’ll fit right in.

What You Need:

You are currently working towards your Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science (with a focus on UX design) or equivalent course of study
You have experience or exposure to Figma
You have experience prototyping or designing user flows in an application
